TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone who visits this website, reads from it, contacts us through it, or places an order with The Boxes Supplier UK usingwww.theboxessupplier.co.uk.

By staying on the site or going ahead with an order, you are agreeing to what is written here. If you don’t agree with any part of it, then the site should not be used and no order should be placed. There is no partial acceptance.

When an Order Actually Becomes an Order

An order is only considered real and legally active once two things happen at the same time. The payment process is done and you have received a written confirmation from our side that we have the payment with us.

No contract comes into existence in case of Quotes, price discussions, WhatsApp messages, emails, draft layouts, mock-ups, or sample visuals. Until money is paid and confirmation is sent, nothing is locked and nothing is considered final.

Custom Work and How It Works

Everything we make is custom. There are no standard boxes sitting on shelves waiting to be sent out.

Your order is produced using your sizes, your artwork, your colours, your materials, and your choices. Because of this, each job is made for one customer only. Once production starts, it cannot be reused, resold, or redirected to someone else.

Custom manufacturing does not work like retail. Once it starts, it cannot be undone.

Prices and Changes Before Payment

Prices are quoted based on costs at that point in time. That includes raw materials, board availability, print workload, currency movement, and shipping conditions.

If payment is delayed, details are changed, or costs shift before payment is received, we may revise the quoted price. This happens in manufacturing and is not unusual.

Once payment is made and the order is confirmed in writing, the price for that order is fixed and does not change.

Artwork and Responsibility

Any artwork, logos, text, or files you send us are considered to be pre approved at your end.

If you send them to us, it is assumed that you have the legal authority to use them for your own purposes. Copyrights and ownership is not checked at our end and we also do not verify the authority of these visuals. That responsibility stays with the customer.

If a copyright issue comes up later, it is between you and the rights holder. We are not responsible for it and we are not involved in resolving it.

Refunds Are Not Offered

We do not offer refunds.

This is not a flexible rule and not something decided case by case. Custom-made products cannot be returned to stock or sold again once produced. Because of that, refunds are not part of how this business works.

If there is a genuine production issue that meets the conditions of our Refund & Reprint Policy, the issue is corrected by reprint only. A refund is not offered instead.

This page and the Refund & Reprint Policy should always be read together.

Problems, Claims, and Time Limits

If something is wrong with an order, such as print errors, incorrect sizing from our side, damage during delivery, wrong material, colour difference compared to an approved proof, or missing quantity, it must be reported within the time stated in the Refund & Reprint Policy.

Claims made after that time are not reviewed. We cannot accept open-ended responsibility once goods have been delivered and held without objection.

Delivery, Shipping, and Risk

We give realistic estimates for production and delivery, but timings can be affected by couriers, customs checks, weather, or routing issues, especially for international shipments.

Once the goods are handed to the courier, responsibility for delay, loss, or damage passes to the customer.

For orders shipped outside the UK, all import duties, local taxes, customs requirements, and border delays are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damage that happens after delivery, including through storage or handling at the customer’s location, is not our responsibility.

Website Use

The website is to be used properly.

No user has the authority to fiddle with its interface or misuse it. Access to the website may be blocked in case of any such instances.

Limits on Responsibility

We are not responsible for indirect losses.

This includes loss of profit, missed sales, brand impact, resale issues, or how well a product performs in the market once packed in our boxes.

If a manufacturing issue is accepted, our responsibility is limited to correcting that issue by reprint, as outlined in the Refund & Reprint Policy. That is the maximum remedy available.

Events Outside Our Control

We do not take any responsibility if your order is delayed due to reasons that we cannot humanly control. This includes any natural distastor or border closure. We are also not to be considered accountable if there is any labour strike or power or system failure beyond our control.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are managed by the laws of England and Wales.

In case of any disputes, its handling will be done via the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when needed.

The updated version is posted on this page and applies immediately. Continued use of the site or placing new orders means the updated terms are accepted.
