Do you do business with certain industries only or anyone can order?

Anyone, honestly. Doesn’t matter what you sell, we’ll usually sort a box. Food, cosmetics, gadgets, industrial bits, retail stuff, big or small orders — doesn’t bother us. We just make boxes. And that is it.

I’m not ready to order yet, can I still get in touch?

Yeah, of course. Loads of people ask stuff before they’re ready. Better to check now than guess and cock it up later. 

Do you ship only in the UK?

Both. UK, Europe, everywhere really. Costs and times vary depending on where it’s going, how many boxes, all that.

What sort of help can I expect before I order?

We’ll talk you through what kind of box actually makes sense. Structure, material, finish, add-ons, the lot. If you need a mock-up, we’ll do it. Not fancy design agency stuff, just something that works. Helps avoid problems later.

When is my order actually confirmed?

Two things happen. Payment goes through. We send written confirmation. Before that, it’s just chatting, thinking, figuring stuff out. Nothing’s official.

Can I change the design after production starts?

Nope. Once we start, it’s locked. Custom boxes don’t come with a rewind button. Colour switches, change of mind cant simply happen half way through.

If an error happens do I get my money back?

We do not offer monetary refunds. Everything is made for you specifically. If we screw something up, it’s fixed by a reprint under our Reprint Policy. Money back? Not an option.

What counts as a valid reason for a reprint?

Wrong size from our side, wrong material, obvious printing error, colour way off from approved proof, missing boxes, damaged boxes on arrival. Not liking it because it’s not what you pictured? Doesn’t count.

What is the deadline if I need to report a problem?

Fast. Very fast. Within the claim window in the Reprint Policy. After that, can’t do anything. Clock starts ticking from delivery.

Do you store my card details?

Nope. Payments go through secure gateways. We never keep card info on our end. Not our risk. Not our job.

Do you have a physical office?

We do have a physical warehouse address. We don’t post it online. Just ask, we’ll send it through email, WhatsApp, whatever works.

I’ve never ordered custom boxes before. Can I still contact you?

Definitely. Everyone’s a first-timer at some point. Don’t need perfect specs. Ask questions then decide.

What if my question isn’t listed here?

Just drop us a message. Seriously. Before you order, after, whatever stage you’re at. Better to ask than cock something up.
