People contact us for all sorts of reasons. Some before placing an order, some after delivery, some just to understand how the process works before deciding whether to move forward at all. All of that is fine.

There does not have to be a special reason for you to contact us. It is also not necessary for you to be one of our customers. If you have a question regarding custom packaging, you can ask it. We do not filter messages based on who is “serious enough” or how big the order might be.

  • WhatsApp – Ideal for media sharing and quick back and forth messages
  • Phone – if you prefer to speak directly rather than type
  • Enquiry form – if you want to send a clear, structured request
  • Support tickets – for questions related to an existing order
  • Social media messages – if that’s where you are most comfortable

All of these are checked. Some replies are faster than others depending on the question, but first-time enquiries are not ignored.

Our company believes in clarity and not just speed. If your question asks for a detailed and proper solution, we take the required time to come up with the best possible answer rather than responding with a rushed answer.

What You Can Ask Us

You don’t need to wait until you are ready to place an order. Many people contact us well before that stage, which usually saves problems later.

People often ask us things like:

  • What type of box suits their product
  • Whether folding cartons, rigid boxes, or mailer boxes make more sense
  • What different finishes mean in real terms, not brochure language
  • How long production usually takes
  • How to prepare artwork so it prints correctly
  • Minimum order quantities and what affects cost
  • Delivery timing to a specific location
  • Updates on an existing order
  • Requests for company or office details for paperwork
  • Clarification on a policy before committing

You do not need to apologise for asking questions. Asking first is usually the sensible option.

No Automation, No Ranking

Your message does not go into a robot system.

It lands with a person. Sometimes that person is in the middle of checking samples or production, and sometimes they stop what they’re doing to reply. That’s just how it works here.

People sometimes worry that they won’t get a reply because they are not a large client or because they are “just asking”. We don’t rank messages by order size. A question is a question.
